TLDR
Directly manage production teams while overseeing budgeting and reporting processes, with a focus on high-speed food or pharmaceuticals manufacturing.
- Managing Team Leaders daily
- Working directly with hourly production Associates
- Budgeting and variance reporting weekly
- Doing POR, CAR, PCR, NIRC, NERF, and trial processes as needed
- Identifying areas of process performance gaps.
- BS degree a must
- Experience:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience
- High-speed food or pharms manufacturing experience
- Food or pharms Manufacturing is a must
