CATF, a LORT D summer festival and leading producer of contemporary plays, is dedicated to telling diverse stories and developing new American theater. The festival premieres or produces multiple plays per season in four separate venues. CATF is committed to supporting the unique needs of new work while fostering an environment of fun and company community. Located 90 minutes from DC and Baltimore, CATF makes its home in one of America's coolest small towns, Shepherdstown, WV.
The Production Manager (PM) works alongside the Director of Production (DoP) to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all Production Department activities to ensure the smooth execution of the build, hang, and rehearsal of CATF’s season. The PM will also work with the DoP on materials and labor budgeting and tracking throughout the season, and will assist with the supervision of the Production Management intern.

In addition, the PM will also attend all Production Meetings throughout the build period and will lead post-tech production meetings in 1 or 2 venues.
During the performance run, the PM (along with the DoP) will ensure all design elements of the show are maintained to the expected quality level, and that shows run without technical issues. Previous experience in repertory theater or multi-show environments and/or Propared scheduling software is preferred, but not necessary. Ideal candidates will have some previous experience in Production Management or other production department leadership positions.
Position is seasonal onsite, from May 25 to August 8.
