The SMT line support technician will be responsible for maintaining the operation of SMT equipment at the Shanghai factory, improving SMT processes, preparing fixtures, and debugging dispensing machines

Responsibilities (工作职责)

As the job posting title, you will（主要工作职责如下）:

生产线设备和夹具的日常维护，紧急停机处理。

Routine maintenance of production line equipment and fixtures, and emergency shutdown handling

协助工程师解决SMT工艺和质量问题。

Assist engineers in solving SMT process and quality issues

生产线设备及夹具5S控制。

5S control of production line equipment and fixtures

根据生产线要求准备，维护和升级SMT程序。

Prepare, maintain, and upgrade SMT programs according to production line requirements

组装线点胶机调试。

Assembly line glue dispenser debugging

Basic Qualifications（任职资格）:

高中以上学历。

High middle school or above

5年以上SMT工作经验。

Over 5 years of SMT work experience

适应轮班工作。

Adapt to shift work

Desired Characteristics（相关要求）:

必须具备SMT设备和工艺的技能

Must possess skills in SMT equipment and process

熟悉SMT机器操作和工艺参数设置。

Be familiar with SMT machine operation and process parameter setting

熟悉富士NXT机、DEK印刷机、Heller回流焊。

Familiar with Fuji NXT machine, DEK printing machine, and Heller reflow oven

基本的英语阅读能力。
