TLDR
Take pictures and analyze components while creating detailed documentation to enhance product teardown processes in a dynamic automotive engineering team.
TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES:
Controls & Systems
- Take pictures for each sequence of the teardown, each parts inside, 45° for exploded view…
- Use photoshop to create arrow on teardown pictures (to show the different fastener) and create the exploded view
- Analyze each mechanical part (weight, dimension, material…)
- Analyze each PCB Assembly (weight, dimension, manufacturer…)
- Analyze each connector on PCB (dimension, type, number of pins…)
- Create the “Pin Number” picture
KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)
- Number of parts per day
- Quality ratio
Requirements
PROFILE REQUIRED:
Professional Background
- Level of studies:
- Bachelors in Electrical & Electronics/Electronics and Communication engineering.
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
- Software skills:
- MS Office, MS Excel and Photoshop
