Team: Brand & Marketing
Compensation: $90K-$100K
Type: Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a meticulous Production Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team. This is a digital-first, production-focused role supporting a B2B SaaS company.

You’ll be the go-to partner for producing, maintaining, and scaling on-brand assets — particularly presentation materials, reports, and other content-heavy marketing deliverables.

This is a great opportunity for someone who prefers execution over concepting, values clarity and consistency, and derives satisfaction from turning complex information into organized, accessible, and engaging pieces. You’ll collaborate mainly with designers and writers to ensure every touchpoint is aligned and on-brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce and update marketing and internal materials, including slide decks, reports, digital ads, one-pagers, website graphics, and internal documents
  • Resize, reformat, and version assets across multiple platforms and channels (for example, adapting a report into a webinar deck and social media promotions)
  • Support light data visualization and information design needs (charts, diagrams, infographics)
  • Name and organize working files and final assets to ensure they’re accessible for both personal and team use

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2–5 years of experience in a digital-first production design role, ideally within a startup, tech, SaaS, or content-heavy environment
  • Solid foundation and hands-on experience in layout, grid systems, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Agility and proficiency across Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop), able to adapt tools effectively to the context of each project
  • Experienced with tools for data-heavy presentations, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets
  • Comfort working within evolving design systems and templates
  • Excellent organizational skills, file hygiene, and version control habits
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Brings a calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset, always keeping audience in mind

Bonus:

  • Basic motion graphics or templated video tools (e.g., After Effects, Jitter, Canva Pro)
  • Familiarity with Canva Sheets or Flourish for data visualization
  • Understanding of front-end concepts for web or email design
  • Experience with AI tools for design workflow

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401K with company match (100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%)
  • Fully Paid Parental Leave - 18 weeks for birthing parents, 12 weeks for non-birthing parents
  • Phone and internet stipend
  • Wellness, learning, and coworking reimbursements
  • Flexible work hours
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 11 paid holidays and December holiday closure
  • Annual In-Person Event
  • The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 USD
