Responsible for all departmental activities to ensure alignment with company goals through effective planning, organization, leadership, and control. Oversees and optimizes financial aspects of operations, ensuring cost control and efficiency by analyzing data, developing budgets, implementing cost-saving measures, and collaborating with teams to achieve financial goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in an Engineering course.
- Strong background and relevant experience in Production and Production Planning & Control.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budget management, forecasting, procurement, resource allocation and cost control.
- Knowledgeable in Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) processes.
- Possesses effective communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision, and equipped with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
