We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support our Content team in delivering high-quality video productions for clients and owned channels.
Role Overview
As a Content Production Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of video shoots and content productions. You will work closely with Producers, camera crews, freelancers, and clients to help ensure content is delivered on time and on brief.
This role suits someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple productions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Shoot Coordination
- Support the planning and preparation of video shoots and camera days
- Assist with scheduling crew, talent, and locations
- Help prepare call sheets, shot lists, and production schedules
On-Set Support
- Provide hands-on support during shoots
- Assist with setup, runner duties, and on-set logistics
- Help keep productions running on schedule and ensure crew and talent needs are met
Client Requests & Briefs
- Track incoming client requests and content briefs
- Support Producers in gathering requirements and organizing assets
- Help keep clients updated on production progress
Equipment & Logistics
- Assist with equipment bookings and shoot logistics
- Help coordinate props, wardrobe, and other production needs
- Support equipment pickups, deliveries, and returns
Asset & File Management
- Organize and manage footage, assets, and project files
- Assist with file labeling, transfers, and folder structures
- Support smooth handover to post-production teams
Budget & Expense Tracking
- Assist with tracking production expenses
- Flag costs and budget updates to the Producer
- Help process invoices from freelancers and vendors
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in video production, content creation, or a related field is beneficial but not required
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, on-set environments with changing priorities
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude
- Basic understanding of video production workflows and terminology
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet or Asana is a plus
- Interest in esports, gaming, or digital content is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on production schedules
