Production Associate (Assembly Worker)

Are you disciplined, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing high-quality work? We are seeking an Assembly Worker to assemble, test, and package power equipment with precision and care. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, process-focused environment and values accuracy, accountability, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Assemble, build, test, and package power equipment to meet strict quality standards.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet production deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Document and communicate technical observations or issues clearly.
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures.

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• Previous warehouse, production, or mechanical assembly experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with engines is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to high-quality work.
• Able to learn and apply new skills efficiently.
• Reliable and accountable; able to work independently and manage responsibilities.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as required.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Willingness to wear required safety equipment and work occasional overtime
