Your mission
As a Production Associate, you’ll assemble, integrate, and test UAV components with precision and discipline.Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical, electrical, and composite parts per work instructions.
Perform functional and visual checks during assembly.
Support component testing and documentation (traceability, serial tracking).
Maintain, safe, clean, and organize work environment.
Identify process improvements and support team efficiency.
Qualifications
Technical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on background.
Experience in mechanical/electrical assembly or aerospace manufacturing.
Familiarity with technical drawings and tools.
Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
