Your mission

As a Production Associate, you’ll assemble, integrate, and test UAV components with precision and discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and composite parts per work instructions.

  • Perform functional and visual checks during assembly.

  • Support component testing and documentation (traceability, serial tracking).

  • Maintain, safe, clean, and organize work environment.

  • Identify process improvements and support team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Technical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on background.

  • Experience in mechanical/electrical assembly or aerospace manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with technical drawings and tools.

  • Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
