Production Artist - Paid Media Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and efficient Production Artist to join our paid media creative team. This role is focused on the accurate execution and adaptation of static and video assets across a wide range of digital platforms. The ideal candidate excels in precision, consistency, and production speed, and is comfortable working within an established creative direction. This is an execution-focused role, not a concepting or art-direction position.

Responsibilities

• Resize, adapt, and version static and video assets for multiple paid media and social platforms.
• Maintain visual consistency while strictly following brand and creative guidelines.
• Prepare final deliverables and ensure all assets meet platform-specific technical requirements (e.g., dimensions, formats, file sizes, safe zones).
• Perform thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy across all asset outputs.
• Collaborate closely with MoGraph editors and art directors to deliver complete and production-ready campaign asset packages.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Artist or in a digital design/production role (agency or in-house experience preferred).

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and digital asset/file management workflows.
• Working knowledge of paid advertising platform specifications (Meta, Google, YouTube, CTV, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Great English skills.
