Production Artist

TLDR

Support the Cricut Design Space content library through preparing and processing digital assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow.

We’re looking for a Digital Content Production Artist to help grow and support the Cricut Design Space content library. In this role, you’ll help prepare digital assets so they work smoothly in our software and across our machines, while maintaining quality and consistency.

You’ll work closely with teammates across content, product, and engineering, and you’ll help flag issues, troubleshoot problems, and improve the day-to-day workflow as our tools and systems evolve.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and process digital assets (ex: SVG, AI, PNG, OTF) so they’re compatible with Cricut Design Space and our machines
  • Check content for quality, consistency, and usability in the library
  • Support taxonomy for all our content types (templates, images, projects, fonts, etc.) to support organization and search
  • Assist in guiding fonts through production from development to release, ensuring technical accuracy, strong typography practices, and multilingual support
  • Help identify, troubleshoot, and communicate issues when tools or workflows change
  • Support testing needs for new features or machine launches as assigned
  • Submit clear bug reports and requests to help improve internal tools and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to help the team scale over time
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus)
  • Comfortable learning new tools and adapting in an environment that changes often
  • A collaborative, team-first working style
  • Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Workfront, Jira, etc. is a bonus (not required)
  • Solid troubleshooting mindset (you like figuring out what’s wrong and how to fix it or route it)
  • Clear, professional communication (especially in written updates and bug reports)
  • Interest in consumer creativity, crafting, or design (Cricut familiarity is a plus, not required)
  • Willing and able to work onsite in our South Jordan, Utah office four days per week (this is a required part of the role).

We’ve Got You Covered

At Cricut, we take care of our people. A Quick Note Before You Apply…

Cricut is in an exciting chapter of transformation. We’re evolving fast—refining our strategy, growing our teams, and raising the bar across everything we do. This is an incredible opportunity for the right kind of person—but it’s not for everyone.

We’re looking for A-players—people who thrive in dynamic environments, turn challenges into momentum, and consistently deliver their best work. If that sounds like you, read on.

Here’s what makes someone a great fit for this role (and for this moment at Cricut):

  • You move with urgency. You don’t wait for perfect clarity to act—you start, learn, and adjust.
  • You set high standards. You take ownership, deliver quality, and hold yourself accountable.
  • You stay focused when things move fast. You prioritize what matters most and tune out the noise.
  • You collaborate like a pro. You elevate others, communicate clearly, and bring a low-ego, high-output energy.
  • You embrace AI as part of your toolkit. From idea exploration to data analysis and creative problem-solving, you leverage AI to accelerate innovation and amplify impact—because technology and creativity go hand-in-hand here.

One More Thing (It’s a Big One)

This role is in-office at least 4-5 days per week. We believe real collaboration, innovation, and culture are built face-to-face. If you’re energized by working alongside smart, kind, creative people—and love those hallway conversations that spark the next great idea—you’ll feel right at home.

If you’re looking for a fully remote role, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re excited by challenge, purpose, and building something better—let’s make something amazing together.
