Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking a Senior Production Artist to support high-impact marketing initiatives for a major U.S.-based travel and hospitality brand. This role will focus on the accurate, high-volume production, adaptation, and optimization of marketing assets across multiple channels, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and technical specifications.

The Senior Production Artist will partner closely with designers, copywriters, project managers, and business stakeholders to execute and version creative assets across web, email, social, digital media, print, and experiential channels. This role offers the unique opportunity to support a highly visible, consumer-facing brand in a fast-paced production environment.

The Details:

  • Location: Onsite in Dallas, TX (DAL area).  3-4 days per week onsite required.
  • Duration: Approximately a 12-month consulting role through Blend (must be able to work on Blend’s W2)

What you’ll do:

  • Produce, adapt, resize, and version creative assets across multiple channels, including web (mobile and desktop), email, digital display, social, video support graphics, print, out-of-home, in-airport signage, sponsorship creative, and experiential materials.
  • Ensure all files meet brand standards, technical specifications, and channel requirements prior to delivery.
  • Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print workflows, including proper file setup, color profiles, and export settings.
  • Partner with designers and creative leads to execute approved concepts with precision and efficiency.
  • Review creative briefs and translate requirements into accurate production outputs.
  • Manage high-volume asset requests while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Perform QA reviews to ensure accuracy in layout, typography, imagery, and formatting.
  • Maintain and organize source files, templates, and asset libraries for scalability and reuse.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
  • Support updates and revisions to existing creative based on stakeholder feedback

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in production design, creative production, or production art within an in-house or agency environment.
  • Proven track record supporting high-volume marketing production workflows across digital and print channels.
  • Experience working within established brand systems and style guidelines.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required).
  • Strong working knowledge of digital and print production specifications.
  • Experience preparing files for various marketing channels and platforms.
  • High attention to detail in typography, layout, and asset formatting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
