Oversee daily operations in the Hot Preparation area, ensuring product quality, SOP adherence, and enhancing safety practices while driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure product quality, SOP adherence, and smooth workflow across the Hot Preparation area
- Lead SAT2 meetings and coordinate actions with cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues quickly.
- Oversee manpower allocation, monitor inventory, and support execution of production plans.
- Work with the engineering & maintenance team to minimize downtime and address equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce scrap & rework
- Lead safety practices, conduct accident investigations, and develop operator skills through structured training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field (Diploma with strong experience considered).
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in production, manufacturing, or process operations; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
- Experience in automotive, tire manufacturing, rubber processing, or similar industries is an advantage.
