Product Testing Intern

What we’re looking for: As the Product Testing intern for Rapsodo Diamond Sports you will help in leading the data collection and product testing validation to improve the accuracy and robustness of Rapsodo Baseball & Softball Technology. This will include but not limited to reporting and analysis on new applications and firmware's, review of any app related updates, & organizing large amounts of data.

Key Responsibilities

• Data collection and analysis to improve the accuracy and robustness of the Rapsodo Diamond Sports products
• Create detailed reports that clearly communicate test results
• Provide detailed analysis and comparison to help guide the engineering team
• Help in completing US based product usability and quality assurance test
• Creating detailed Jira tickets when finding bugs in our either of our apps
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product Development, and Engineering team to identify/recreate application bugs
• Work with supervisor to create in depth reports

Requirements

• Softball/Baseball player. Preferably Softball pitcher
• Action oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey data-driven insights
• Strong statistical skills for drawing meaningful conclusions from data
• Ability to approach problems analytically and think critically
• Experience with Excel/Confluence/Jira preferred but not a must
