About the Role

We are looking for a Product Technical Analyst (SAMA Compliance Technical Analyst) with experience in Open Banking, SAMA technical standards, and requirements governance. This is a mid-senior level onsite role in KSA requiring 5–8 years of experience and Arabic nationality (must). The ideal candidate will ensure full alignment between BT systems and SAMA standards, review Open Banking BRDs, and support compliance-driven change cycles with technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

·       Ensure full alignment of BT systems with SAMA technical standards.

·       Oversee and execute data mapping between BT systems and SAMA’s technical requirements.

·       Review Open Banking BRDs to confirm complete regulatory compliance.

·       Engage with technical stakeholders throughout the CR cycle, especially during the SRD stage.

·       Support cross-functional teams in ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical expectations.

·       Provide guidance and clarity on SAMA technical frameworks and deliverables.

·       Contribute to documentation, gap assessments, and compliance readiness checks.

Requirements

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in technical analysis, business analysis, or product analysis.
• Arabic nationality (must).
• Strong understanding of SAMA technical standards, especially Open Banking requirements.
• Experience with data mapping, system alignment, and compliance validation.
• Proven ability to review BRDs, SRDs, and technical documentation.
• Experience working closely with technical, architecture, or engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated environments is preferred.
• Arabic speaking is a must.
