Product Specialist

Monitor the performance of tires sold to customers to ensure that the product operates according to the specified standards and customer expectations
Assess and evaluate tire performance in the field, including wear resistance, grip, comfort, and other technical aspects.
Interact with suppliers and tire manufacturers to ensure product quality and compliance with standards, and support technical teams and customer service in handling any tire-related inquiries or issues
Provide, identify and resolve technical complaints with solutions to customers tire-related problems such as uneven wear, leaks, or damage caused by environmental factors
Gather feedback and relevant data to recommend improvements or innovations for tire products to the product development team
Provide technical training to sales staff and customers regarding proper tire usage, maintenance, and benefits

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
Possess 1-3 years of experience in related field
Strong analytical skills to evaluate tire performance data
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and interact with customers.
Problem-solving skills to quickly address technical issues related to tires
In-depth knowledge of different types of tires, materials, and designs that affect tire performance and durability.
Familiarity with CRM tools for input & checking data, also analyzing the data
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to tire quality and safety
Experience using tire testing equipment and diagnostic tools
