Product Specialist (e-commerce)

Responsibilities: 

  • Setup, maintain and sunset products and categories for our ecommerce websites - including price calculation, margin setting, and webpage setup.

  • Own key projects as an individual contributor

  • Assist with the launch of new website features and help maintain the website with up-to-date information, prices, and lead times.

  • Monitor the performance of new product launches.

  • In collaboration with sales & CS, suggest product optimizations that can help maximize conversion rate and revenue.

  • Research, identify and analyze potential products to launch, according to revenue and profit potential.

  • Plan and oversee new product initiatives by developing time-integrated plans with sales, marketing, graphic design, tech and production.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns. 

  • Ad-hoc requests from a variety of stakeholders to fix / adjust things on the website.
