Role Overview:
As a Product Sales Manager, you will drive the growth of AAEON ECBU’s Industrial Single Board Computer and COMe Module product lines. Your responsibilities will include developing product roadmaps, building awareness among sales teams, and engaging with key accounts and channel partners across Europe.
This role requires a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the assigned product line, as well as strong sales acumen and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand AAEON’s main board and computer module product lines, focusing on Industrial IoT and AI.
  • Serve as AAEON’s product evangelist, enhancing understanding internally and externally.
  • Identify and implement new product features based on market needs.
  • Engage with key accounts and channel partners, supporting Sales at tradeshows and events across Europe.
  • Collaborate with business development to define go-to-market strategies.
  • Evaluate pricing, perform market analysis, and manage product lifecycle in line with AAEON’s vision.
  • Act as the primary contact for product information and requirements for channel partners.
  • Coordinate with HQ, FAE, AE, and QE teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Support marketing in creating campaigns, success stories, and online promotions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product or Project Management, ideally in the Industrial PC or Embedded Computing sector.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering preferred.
  • Knowledge of the IPC market with a strong customer focus.
  • Technical understanding of x86, RISC Technologies, and embedded software is desirable.
  • Effective communicator with project management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, able to manage evolving priorities.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe.
  • Already living in the Eindhoven area.
