Your new job
You’ll be an important part of our team, turning customer expectations into clear technical requirements.
Your main focus? Making sure our products are sustainable, safe, and loved by people everywhere.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for requirements in the development team. You’ll build strong connections with the requirement development department and collaborate closely with engineers in purchasing to make sure everyone understands the product requirements and that they’re implemented successfully.
You’ll bring solid knowledge of IKEA specifications, standards, and test methods for the product areas you’re responsible for. Together, we’ll create products that work for our customers and for the planet.
