Product Release & Enablement Manager

Want to help ship product releases that don’t just ship, but actually stick?

At Beekeeper, we believe a great product is only as good as its rollout. We’re hiring a Product Release & Enablement Manager to ensure every product release lands with impact - internally and externally.
This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and operations. You’ll orchestrate go-to-market readiness across teams, design clear internal enablement programs, and ensure our customers experience the value of new features right away. Whether it’s a major launch or a small-but-mighty improvement, you’ll make sure the right people have the right tools to drive adoption.

You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Enablement, and Product to:
- Drive the release calendar, aligning timing, messaging, and readiness across teams.
- Build scalable internal enablement for sales, CS, and support teams.
- Ensure smooth delivery and adoption of features through proactive planning, feedback loops, and measurement.

If you thrive on coordination, love translating product complexity into clarity, and get a rush from seeing new capabilities get used and loved - you might be exactly who we’re looking for!
