Product Proposition Governance Administrator

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the management of Workplace Savings products to meet customer needs
• Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of products and regulatory developments
• Leading the scheduling and completion of Product Risk Reviews
• Conducting analysis of customer activity to identify indicators of harm
• Undertaking annual and ongoing reporting to maintain compliance
• Maintaining and approving product literature in line with Consumer Duty
• Supporting adherence to the Risk Management Framework
• Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure suitability

• Knowledgeable – understands Workplace Savings products, regulations, and market trends
• Experienced – in financial services or employee benefits consulting, and eager to grow
• Analytical and organised – able to manage data and project tasks effectively
• Proactive and positive – approaches challenges with a solution-focused mindset
• Committed to development – willing to work towards professional qualifications such as CII (or already on that journey)
