Product Proposition Development Administrator

    What you'll be doing:

    • Supporting the development of products that meet the needs, characteristics and objectives of our target market
    • Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of evolving products, propositions and regulatory changes
    • Ensuring product developments comply with internal and regulatory policies before launch
    • Undertaking Post Launch Reviews in line with governance processes
    • Contributing to Independent Governance Committee, Mastertrust and Consumer Duty reports to evidence value for money and good outcomes
    • Managing our internal Product SharePoint site to make sure colleagues have access to up to date and accurate information
    • Supporting risk management by recording and reviewing risks with the Operational Risk team
    • Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure propositions meet customer needs

    Who we're looking for:

    • Innovative and curious – eager to learn and find new ways to enhance customer outcomes and support
    • Collaborative and confident – with strong communication skills and the ability to present to senior stakeholders
    • Knowledgeable – understands Workplace Savings products, regulations, and evolving market trends
    • Experienced – in financial services or employee benefits consulting, and ready to take the next step
    • Analytical and organised – skilled at managing data and project tasks effectively
    • Proactive and positive – approaches challenges with a solution-focused mindset
    • Committed to development – willing to work towards professional qualifications such as CII (or already on that journey)
