Product, Policy and Partnership Development Officer

TLDR

Develop and manage product concepts and policies in line with market strategy while collaborating with various teams and external partners to enhance partnership performance.

Responsibilities

Develop product concepts, features, and manage the entire product lifecycle based on market needs and business strategy.

Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Legal, IT, and other teams for product development and implementation.

Develop, update, and control operational, product, and credit policies in line with regulations and the company's risk appetite.

Ensure policies and SOPs are clear, practical, and easily implemented by business units.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

Evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvements or strategic adjustments.

Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors

Requirement

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or relevant fields.

Minimum 1 years of experience in Product, Policy, Partnership roles (cross-functional experience is highly valued).

Strong understanding of the financial services, banking, or fintech industry and its regulatory landscapе.

Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
