SpotOn is on a mission to empower restaurants to run more profitable, predictable, and thriving businesses through technology. The Product Partnerships team sits at the center of that mission. Embedded directly inside the Product organization, we work side-by-side with PMs, Engineering, Design, and PMM to accelerate the delivery of value to SpotOn customers through 3rd-party integrations.
As a Partner Manager, you’ll help identify, build, launch and scale partner integrations that deliver valuable product enhancements and strengthen our differentiation in a competitive restaurant-tech market. Our team owns the full lifecycle—from scouting and evaluating best-in-class partners to coordinating integration builds to driving long-term partner success.
If you enjoy operating at the intersection of product strategy, execution, and relationship-building—and want a front-row seat to how a category-defining product company scales through partnerships—this role is for you.
🔑 What You’ll Do
-
Support and evaluate partnerships: Identify leading restaurant technology partners aligned with SpotOn’s roadmap and strategic objectives. Support early diligence, product fit evaluation, and "build vs partner" assessments.
-
Manage partner relationships: Serve as a primary point of contact for legal contracts, integration delivery, and ongoing success. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, shared roadmaps, and cross-company communication.
-
Drive cross-functional execution: Work with PMs, Engineering, QA, Support, Legal, and GTM to launch and scale integrations. Help track requirements, deliverables, test plans, and timelines. Support Alpha → Beta → GA pilots.
-
Track integration performance and health: Monitor KPIs including attach rates, activation, partner health, order success, and merchant outcomes. Identify opportunities for optimization and workflow improvements.
-
Own internal process: Maintain documentation, PRDs, dashboards, relationships updates and operational playbooks for a subset of integrations.
