Requirements

• Continuously refine the backlog based on feedback and changing business needs
• Lead the grooming and prioritization of the backlog based on robust value articulation
• Ensure that the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, managing any legal or ethical considerations related to the product
• Demonstrate leadership and inspire others to share and contribute to the product vision and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success and improve value delivery to the business
• Be proactive in identifying areas of process, technology improvement, and innovation
• Work collaboratively with the internal development team to achieve project delivery timeframes and quality standards
• Ability to define priorities and understand key stakeholders' needs
