Product Owner – Trading Platforms

Own product discovery and backlog for mobile and web trading platforms, aligning business strategies with technical execution to ensure high-value solutions.

Position Summary:


As we expand our trading products and client acquisition channels, we are looking for a Product Owner , Trading Platforms to join our Global Product Delivery team.

You will own the product discovery and backlog for our mobile and web trading platforms, connecting business strategy with technical execution. Your goal is to define what gets built and why , translating business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensuring the team delivers high-value solutions to our clients.


Key Functions:


  • Agile Delivery: Lead Agile processes (Kanban/Scrum), ensuring consistent delivery and team productivity.
  • Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team focuses on items with the highest business value.
  • Roadmap Definition: Define and maintain the product roadmap for our trading platforms, aligning it with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Requirements Definition: Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, managing expectations on scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Market & Product Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor platforms, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions.
  • Release Planning: Collaborate with delivery teams to plan releases and ensure features meet quality standards before launch.



Competencies and Required Background:


  • Required: 5+ years in a Product Owner or similar product management role.
  • Required: Strong understanding of trading platforms and integrations in FX/CFD brokerage
  • Required: Strong understanding of KYC processes and client acquisition flows
  • Required: Strong understanding of Payment Provider integrations
  • Required: Proficient in Agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum) and backlog management tools (Jira or similar).
  • Preferred: Experience with CRM workflows and marketing tools (Braze, Google Analytics, or similar) and data flows between marketing channels and apps
