Represent the customer and remain available to development teams to answer business and sport-specific questions.
Facilitate Scrum meetings and approve product increments done by development teams.
Responsible for timeline of deliverables, including “when and how” to release in relation to other teams and customer needs, via cross-functional collaboration.
Act as a subject matter expert on owned features, contributing to cross-functional activities like internal training, generation of marketing materials, and coordination during the development process. This may require working directly with Sales and Support teams.
Work closely with Data Quality, Product, and all relevant teams to resolve tracking related issues (data quality, stability, etc.).
Facilitate an iterative process with all needed stakeholders to analyze data / define the problem, gather any additional needed information, prioritize within R&D workflow, coordinate soft releases, and repeat as needed to fully resolve the issue.
