As a Product Owner at Ekar, you will play a key role in shaping our car sharing platform's future. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision, objectives, and strategy to the development team and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the car sharing industry.
- Requirement Gathering and Prioritization:
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed product requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
- Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and market demand.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful implementation of features.
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- User Experience and Design:
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Analytics and Data-Driven Decisions:
- Utilize analytics tools to gather insights on user behavior, product usage, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions, optimize features, and enhance the overall user experience.
- Project Management:
- Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Work with development and operations teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime during releases.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment, preferably in the transportation or sharing economy sector.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and product management software.
- Passion for innovative technologies and sustainable transportation solutions.
