This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Owner – Staffing Order Management (Subvendor) in the United States.
This role offers an opportunity to shape and drive the development of back-office solutions that support strategic business goals. The Product Owner will work closely with business process owners and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize feature backlogs, and ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions. You will have a direct impact on process optimization, system integrations, and transformative initiatives within a dynamic environment. This position requires a deep understanding of staffing and services industry processes and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. Collaboration, critical thinking, and influence across multiple stakeholders are key to success. The role allows for a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration, contributing to a highly interactive and results-driven culture.
Accountabilities:
· Collaborate with business process owners and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and define business requirements.
· Support the design and documentation of global process flows and complex workflows.
· Create features and user stories to guide configuration, development, and implementation of back-office solutions.
· Understand and articulate multiple system integrations and dependencies to ensure seamless operations.
· Validate proposed solutions and participate in testing support, providing feedback on test plans, cases, and results.
· Prioritize the feature backlog and work with development teams to ensure alignment with product vision and roadmap.
· Identify change impacts and work proactively to mitigate risks during solution deployment.
Requirements
· 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the staffing or services industry.
· Proven ability to influence business process owners and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Experience in requirements analysis, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
· Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable and Project Portfolio Management Suite.
· Knowledge of cross-system integrations, custom development requirements, and back-office operations.
· Strong skills in MS Excel and tools like Version One.
· Excellent presentation, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
· Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to change management initiatives.
