Your Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Product and Design teams to define product vision, priorities, and goals for specific modules or initiatives.
  • Maintaining and refining the product backlog with clear, actionable, and business-aligned user stories.
  • Supporting discovery, sprint planning, and delivery activities to ensure consistent execution.
  • Partnering with Operations, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and Design teams to understand workflows, challenges, and SOPs.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or product improvements.
  • Translating cross-functional insights into structured requirements and user stories.
  • Working with engineers and designers to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Supporting Project Managers in aligning priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Using analytics and feedback to measure product success and propose iterative enhancements.
  • Gradually taking ownership of smaller product areas with mentorship and guidance.
  • Staying curious about user needs, team workflows, and emerging product trends.

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table

Primary Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a startup or product-led tech environment.
  • Curious, analytical mindset with a strong desire to learn from senior product leaders while taking initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to understand both customer experience and internal operational workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or analytics dashboards.
