We are seeking a proactive Product Owner to translate customer needs into actionable product solutions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, sales, customer success, and product management to deliver high-quality software that simplifies workflows and enhances user experience. You will conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions, define requirements, and ensure timely delivery of features and improvements. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen, business insight, and strong communication skills to drive projects from concept to completion while maintaining a focus on user satisfaction and innovation.

Accountabilities

  • Manage existing product features and oversee the timely delivery of new initiatives in the product roadmap.
  • Define product requirements, specifications, and designs for new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Lead product and developer meetings, driving projects forward and addressing issues proactively.
  • Conduct internal and external training sessions, create Knowledgebase articles, and draft release notes.
  • Compile project scopes including goals, business requirements, competitive analysis, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to document, test, and deliver intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Support cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and diverse cultural environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, workflows, and inventory management.
  • Project management experience with proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results.
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
  • Technical knowledge of software development, SaaS platforms, and web/mobile technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Preferred experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Slack, or Zoho Desk.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize with users and advocate for an intuitive, high-quality product experience.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating across international teams and time zones.
