Accountabilities:

·        Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

·        Define, prioritize, and communicate product features and sprint goals to Agile teams.

·        Write user stories, create functional specifications, and maintain the product backlog for at least two sprints.

·        Collaborate with Scrum Masters and technology teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality releases.

·        Gather and analyze product data to identify areas for improvement and drive customer-centric enhancements.

·        Lead resolution of product issues and communicate impacts and updates to stakeholders.

·        Support organizational change management initiatives and contribute to cross-team collaboration.

·        Monitor product success metrics, measure adoption, and iteratively refine solutions.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·        3–7 years of directly related experience in product management or a similar role, with strong business acumen.

·        Expert knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and SAFe framework.

·        At least one industry certification required: CSPO, POPM, or PSPO.

·        Proven ability to influence leadership and drive meaningful business results.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·        Experience managing inter-team and cross-team collaboration to achieve outcomes.

·        Familiarity with solutions architecture, cost-benefit analysis, and outcome-focused delivery.

·        Innovative, detail-oriented, and action-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
