As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Vision & Strategy Define, articulate, and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Champion the product strategy across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared understanding.
Backlog Ownership Create, prioritize, and maintain a well‑structured product backlog that reflects business priorities, stakeholder input, and market trends.
Continuously refine backlog items to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with sprint goals.
Collaboration & Delivery Partner with onsite and offshore development teams to ensure smooth coordination, effective communication, and timely delivery of features.
Work closely with Scrum teams to clarify requirements, prioritize user stories, and proactively resolve blockers.
Decision Making Own scope, priorities, and trade‑offs during development cycles, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
Act as the voice of the customer in all product decisions.
Performance & Improvement Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, gather user feedback, and drive iterative improvements. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the product team.
Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborate with compliance and security teams to mitigate risks and maintain product integrity.
Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills. Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
Analytical mindset with experience in product performance measurement and iteration.
