Act as the Product Owner for Data and GenAI solutions supporting Pharma Commercial teams, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to deliver impactful data products.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Pharma Commercial operations, Data Analytics, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Sales and marketing functions within the pharmaceutical domain, including market strategy, pricing analytics, and commercial insights.
The role requires someone who understands how pharma commercial teams operate, including sales performance tracking, marketing effectiveness, market research, and utilization analytics, and can translate business needs into data and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
·      Act as the Product Owner for Data and GenAI solutions supporting Pharma Commercial teams.
·      Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy teams to gather and translate business requirements into product features.
·      Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog for commercial analytics and GenAI initiatives.
·      Support development of AI-driven insights for sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement.
·      Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to build data products and commercial analytics platforms.
·      Develop documentation such as product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
·      Support market strategy analysis, pricing strategy insights, and market research analytics.
·      Analyze utilization analytics, customer engagement data, and campaign performance to improve commercial outcomes.
·      Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to prioritize features and guide product development.

Required Skills
·      8+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Owner roles.
·      Strong experience in Pharma Commercial domain (Sales & Marketing analytics).
·      Experience working with Data platforms, analytics, and GenAI solutions.
·      Understanding of pharmaceutical sales operations, marketing strategy, and commercial insights.
·      Experience creating product documentation, strategy documents, and requirement specifications.
·      Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Experience
·      Experience with market strategy and pricing strategy analysis.
·      Experience with market research analytics and utilization analytics.
·      Familiarity with commercial data platforms (IQVIA, Veeva, Salesforce, etc.).
·      Experience with AI/GenAI applications in pharma commercial analytics.
