Role Overview / 役割概要

Presales Ownership / プリセールス業務

  • Prepare and deliver RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and cost estimations RFP/RFI対応、ソリューションプレゼン、コスト見積もりを準備・提供
  • Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept sessions 製品デモやPoC（概念実証）を実施し、価値提案を説明
  • Work with technical teams 技術チームと連携し、顧客ニーズに合致した高レベルのアーキテクチャ設計を行う
  • Stay updated on market trends 市場動向や競合、新技術を常に把握し、サービスを効果的に位置付け

Product Ownership / プロダクトオーナーシップ

  • Define and communicate product vision 製品ビジョン、ロードマップ、戦略を定義・共有
  • Prioritize and manage backlog バックログを優先順位付け・管理し、ステークホルダー期待と整合性を確保
  • Collaborate with development teams 開発チームと協力し、要件をユーザーストーリーや受け入れ基準に変換
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams ステークホルダーと技術チームの橋渡し役として、納期遵守と品質成果を保証

Business Analysis / ビジネス分析

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions 要件収集セッションを実施し、詳細なニーズを把握
  • Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies ギャップ分析、実現可能性調査、影響評価を実施
  • Create functional specifications and process flows 機能仕様書、プロセスフロー、ドキュメントを作成
  • Support UAT and validate deliverables UAT（ユーザー受け入れテスト）を支援し、成果物が要件に適合しているか検証
