About the job

At November Five, Product Owners are the core of our delivery teams. You ensure that our AI-enabled way of working translates vision into tangible outcomes by steering execution and delivery. As Product Owner, you focus on how and when we deliver: refining the roadmap into a clear backlog, helping define the right user stories, and guiding our design and engineering teams through delivery.

You’ll collaborate closely with:

• Our delivery team of Product Designers, Growth-, QA- and other Engineers
• Client Partner – who owns the client relationship and growth.
• Product Manager – who defines the vision and desired outcomes.

You will…

• Refine the product roadmap into actionable backlog items.
• Help define the right user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own, prioritize, and groom the backlog together with the team.
• Leverage our AI tooling to make delivery smoother and more effective.
• Support sprint planning, reviews, and ensure deliveries meet acceptance.
• Act as the key link between stakeholders and the development team, making sure requirements are understood and delivery stays on track.
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, capturing and refining their feedback into backlog improvements.
