Right now, we are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and work on the definition, prioritization, and delivery of modern eCommerce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for eCommerce initiatives.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer needs, and technical constraints.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Perform detailed requirements analysis and document current and future processes.
- Support day-to-day system operations, analyze results, identify issues, and coordinate improvements.
- Lead and support feature delivery from discovery through implementation and production validation.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support test data creation prior to deployments.
- Maintain and update documentation related to processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in eCommerce or digital product environments.
- Strong experience managing backlogs and delivering features in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Solid understanding of modern eCommerce platforms, including headless architectures.
- Experience working with content management systems such as Amplience or similar.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Elastic Path Commerce Engine or similar headless commerce platforms.
- Retail industry experience.
- Familiarity with analytics and performance metrics.
- Agile or Scrum certification.
- Experience working with external vendors or third-party integrations.
