Product Owner (m/f/d) – B2B SaaS | Berlin (hybrid)

As Product Owner, you are the operational backbone of our product team. We’re growing fast – and with growth comes complexity, open questions, and features being built faster than they can be tested. Your job is to bring exactly that under control: clear processes, clean cycles, and a team that always knows what’s next and why.
- You work closely with the engineering teams and are responsible for creating, prioritising and maintaining user stories, epics and acceptance criteria in Linear.
- You plan engineer capacity and manage cycle planning: what gets worked on when – and why.
- You support the engineering team throughout delivery, clarify open questions and ensure requirements are clear and technically feasible.
- You test newly developed features and ensure all quality criteria are met – features that only half-work don’t get shipped.
- You analyse usage data, error sources and KPIs to make product success measurable and continuously improve.
- You optimise existing processes together with the team and implement improvements – including AI-supported automation.
- You communicate proactively with business stakeholders to keep ticket and feature timelines on track.
- You support go-to-market preparation and internal communication (e.g. for Sales, Support, Training).
- You are the owner of our product and continuously optimise SaaS principles on our platform.
- You work with the Product Leadership Team to develop the product strategy and roadmap in the area of packaging compliance – with a focus on PPWR and related regulatory requirements (e.g. VerpackG, SUPD).
- You have first experience in product management or a similar role, e.g. as PO, BA, Scrum Master or working student in a product team. More important than years of experience is having a strong sense of what great product work looks like.
- You don’t let ambiguity sit. You get answers, make decisions and see things through.
- You have a high quality bar. Features that only half-work don’t get shipped.
- You get up to speed on products and processes quickly and thoroughly – you’re the person who needs to know the tool inside-out.
- You enjoy working with engineers and know what they need from a good PO: clear requirements, fast decisions, no unnecessary distractions.
- You speak fluent English (must have); German is a plus.
- Bonus: You have an interest in topics like sustainability, supply chain and circular economy.
- Bonus: You have experience with AI tools for automation, analysis or process optimisation.
- Ideally, you have already worked with one or more of our tools: Linear, Notion or a similar B2B SaaS platform.
