leading a continuous product discovery process to identify and understand user problems within the domain,
defining and selecting the most effective solutions to remove identified barriers, going beyond simply delivering against a predefined roadmap,
working in an outcome-driven product model, focusing on measurable business impact and value creation rather than feature delivery alone,
formulating and validating product hypotheses, applying a fail-fast approach to quickly test ideas and iterate,
gathering and analyzing market and user feedback to continuously adapt product decisions and priorities,
collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions address real customer needs and deliver business value.
proven experience working in an outcome-driven product environment (focus on measurable results rather than feature output),
ability to rapidly test hypotheses and adapt product direction based on user and market feedback,
strong customer-centric mindset, focused on understanding and solving real customer problems,
experience working with large-scale product and catalog data,
native-level Polish,
english proficiency at B2 level or higher,
willingness to occasionally travel for business to Poznań or Toruń.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
