Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product development of supplier self-care portals and procurement tools

  • Define, communicate, and advocate for product development strategies

  • Deeply understand customer needs to effectively propose solutions to address identified pains and gains

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog for discovery, design, development and market introduction.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and field teams to drive rollouts and user engagement.

Requirements

Role Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Service Design principles.

  • Proven track record of delivering against strategic objectives and operating targets.

  • Experience working in an agile delivery organization; strong knowledge of agile principles, techniques, and tools.

  • Strong influencing and communication skills to foster client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, managing, and operating customer-facing channels or front-end applications.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
