Product Owner

We have an exciting opportunity within Envoy Global’s Product organization for an experienced Product Owner to join us on a full‑time, permanent basis. This role is responsible for translating product vision and business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable the successful delivery of Immigration, HR, and SaaS‑based solutions.

As a core member of the Product Management team, the Product Owner partners closely with Engineering, QA, UX, and cross‑functional stakeholders to manage backlogs, support Agile delivery, validate product functionality, and ensure user‑centric, high‑quality outcomes.

As our Product Owner, you will be required to: 

Agile Product Ownership

• Own responsibility for creating epics, user stories, and mapping acceptance criteria to requirements.
• Drive backlog refinement sessions with development teams to ensure clarity and readiness.
• Support in sprint planning and ensure smooth execution in Agile delivery cycles.

Requirements & Collaboration

• Translate product vision and PM guidelines into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Maintain structured backlog aligned with product goals and compliance standards.

Product Development & Demos

• Provide requirement clarifications throughout the development cycle.
• Validate interim builds to ensure functional alignment with Immigration/HR workflows and SaaS standards.
• Conduct product demos for stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Insight

• Partner with HR, Legal Ops, Finance, and Immigration case teams to understand workflows.
• Identify pain points and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure product behavior reflects operational needs and regulatory requirements.

AI-Enabled Workflows

• Leverage AI tools for knowledge, research, and workflow automation.
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with PMs to refine AI-driven processes and exception handling.

Release Preparation & Change Enablement

• Validate functional behavior during UAT for correctness and completeness.
• Contribute to release notes, documentation, and post-release clarifications.

Contribution to Product Management Team

• Support PMs in strategic initiatives and roadmap discussions.
• Contribute ideas for product improvements and innovation.
• Bring a product management mindset to collaboration, execution, and stakeholder engagement.

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: 

• Experience working with Immigration, HR, SaaS platforms, or enterprise workflow tools.
• Exposure to Agile delivery and direct collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong documentation, compliance awareness, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to write epics, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding HRIS, immigration case management systems, SaaS platforms, and workflow engines.
• Ability to analyze data structures, identify mapping issues, and propose functional solutions.
• Familiarity with API concepts, integration patterns, and SaaS data modeling.
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High ownership and follow-through.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 4–8 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or associate product management roles within IT.
