About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead delivery for Elements, the UI component system that powers the donation experience across Fundraise Up. This role focuses on product delivery and operational excellence. Strategic growth initiatives, discovery, and experimentation are owned by the PM Growth – Pre-Donation Experience. Your responsibility is to translate strategic initiatives into production-ready features, maintain product stability, and ensure reliable delivery for enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate PM strategic initiatives into clear product specifications
  • Own the delivery lifecycle: spec → development → QA → release
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with company goals
  • Resolve client-critical issues and deal breakers
  • Support GTM teams with product knowledge and solutions
  • Drive internal product improvements and tech debt reduction
  • Ensure the product remains stable, scalable, and high-quality

Expected Time Allocation

  • Strategic Features (from PM) — 50%
  • Internal Improvements — 35%
  • GTM & Deal Breakers — 15%

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management / Product Ownership
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise products
  • Strong delivery and backlog management skills
  • Experience writing clear product specifications
  • Strong collaboration with engineering and design teams
  • Fluent English (C1)
