About The Role

As a Product Owner, you will join our Product team and support a suite of strategic platform enhancements to drive scalability, efficiency, and risk reduction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and design teams, to thoroughly examine product, process, and technical structures, ensuring that business requirements are well-defined, tracked, and executed. Your ability to define and document solutions effectively will be critical in delivering high-quality product features that align with business goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact our ability to scale our product offerings to a larger partner base.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze key product enhancements, ensuring requirements are gathered, defined, and documented
  • Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to document and analyze workflows, processes, and technical structures
  • Use data analytics and metrics to assess success and identify opportunities for process improvements that align with strategic goals
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories, functional specifications, and process workflows
  • Facilitate working groups with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs to gather input, feedback and sign off on requirements
  • Write requirement specifications for the systems you will support
  • Write test cases to ensure development aligns with expected functionality and can be validated
  • Support product owners in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing work streams, and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet key milestones
  • Assist in production releases by working closely with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure that all functional releases align with acceptance criteria
  • Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform work stream prioritization and ensure the product meets market demands

What You’ll Need

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Business Analyst or in a similar role, intensely focused on documenting requirements and solutions
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to analyze, define, and document, ensuring that business needs are communicated and executed across functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills, perform data analysis to identify trends, detect anomalies, and validate assumptions, using insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, able to identify areas of opportunity for scale efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate progress to Product Owners
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, documentation, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar to track and manage analysis deliverables

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

$130,000$160,000 USD
