Product Owner

Join BlackStone eIT as a Product Owner, where you will play a critical role in guiding the development of innovative software solutions. In this position, you will serve as the liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that the product vision is realized and customer needs are met.

Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, creating user stories, and prioritizing the product backlog. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that enhance user experience and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to create a clear product vision.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams throughout the development process.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate the product functionality and gather user feedback.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates and progress.
• Monitor and report on product performance, using metrics to inform future enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• +5 Years experience
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and user experience design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
