About The Team

Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options etc.

The successful candidate will manage the development and delivery of our product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of traders in onboarding and Spot & Derivatives trading experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Product & Operations Lifecycle Ownership: Own the end-to-end product and operational lifecycle for token listing and delisting. Design, configure, and refine scalable processes and system parameters to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant execution for spot and futures markets.
Cross-Asset Product Launch Leadership: Spearhead the 0-to-1 launch of diverse new financial products, including tokenized TradFi assets (e.g., equities, funds, bonds) and native crypto products. Coordinate with Engineering, Business, Legal, and Compliance to define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful go-live and integration.
Operational Configuration & Execution Excellence: Act as the domain expert for the operational configuration of listing systems. Precisely manage and execute daily listings, delistings, airdrops, and token migrations, ensuring seamless market operations and stability.
AI-Powered Process Optimization: Identify and lead initiatives to integrate AI and automation solutions. Optimize core workflows, enhance risk surveillance, and improve operational decision-making to drive continuous gains in efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Product Operations.
Good track record of collaborating across teams such as sales, operations, design, marketing, product and data analytics.
Possess a strong interest in the Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain industry.
Good logical thinking, communication, and learning abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of product ownership.

Nice-To-Haves

Familiar with crypto trading / Web3 industry.
Experience in leading a project team independently.
