Responsibilities
Responsible for product operations for margin trading.
Analyze and interpret business and risk data to support management with business strategy and enhancement roadmaps.
Implement structured workflows and guidelines to improve team efficiency.
Work closely with global internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient daily operations and strong risk controls.
Track and analyze business demands and market trends, and recommend end-to-end solutions and implementation plans.
Research and recommend potential product innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance (experience in crypto-native derivatives/trading preferred).
Understand margin product logic with strong risk awareness; candidates with trading experience in financial products (e.g., Margin and Futures) are preferred.
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good understanding of financial and blockchain trading business.
Strong critical thinking, communication skills, self-drive, and ability to learn quickly.
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.
