Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Develop and iterate Flowith's global subscription tiers based on market research and user segmentation, finding the absolute sweet spot between conversion rate and ARPU.

Conversion Funnel Optimization: Deep-dive into the Free-to-Paid journey and design strategic product interventions (e.g., smart paywall triggers, onboarding upsells) to boost conversion rates.

Monetization Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted promotional and retention campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Back-to-School) to drive revenue and foster long-term loyalty.

Global Billing Experience: Monitor and optimize payment success rates across different regions, and troubleshoot complex billing and subscription issues.

Revenue Tracking & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards for core monetization metrics (MRR/ARR, Conversion Rates), delivering high-quality business reviews and actionable forecasts.

Requirements

Senior Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product operations, monetization, pricing strategy, or user growth within the SaaS, Tech, or AI sectors.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of PLG (Product-Led Growth) and global SaaS subscription models, coupled with a strong grasp of pricing psychology.

Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize conversion funnels, LTV, CAC, and Churn Rate.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to push monetization features from concept to launch.

Bilingual Proficiency: Excellent English and Chinese communication skills to truly understand the payment habits and cultural nuances of our global user base.
