We are seeking a motivated Product Operations Associate to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role sits at the heart of Emobi’s product and operations ecosystem — supporting launches, managing partnerships, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly from concept to live product.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day operational processes across products, finance, and partner activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns, content, and new launches.
- Support product development through research, content maintenance & optimization, and partnership handling.
- Prepare approval packages and creative materials that support product go-live and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to external visibility efforts, including content coordination and social media communications.
- Monitor product performance, assist in complaint resolution, and help maintain operational excellence across multiple markets and partners.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and comfortable working with both internal teams and global partners.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
- Analytical mindset with good command of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
