In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting the operations and management of a company's products. They play a crucial role in ensuring that products are developed, launched, and maintained efficiently and effectively. It is strong organizational skills, good problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. They should also have a good understanding of product management processes and principles, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Will oversee and manage recipe cards administrative and editorial processes
  • Will be responsible for menu checks, updates, etc.
  • Will coordinate with all relevant stakeholders
  • Will upload all recipes and meal choices to our online recipe database
  • Update and maintain trackers as a core of the product operations process
  • Maintaining, organizing, cleaning and upkeep of data.
  • Reports any data issues to the team
  • Keeps data updated in the different sources
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Perform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating excel tables as needed.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Process Outsourcing focused on a Customer Service or Sales campaign 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Strong customer service orientation with well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Background in customer service, sales, or technical support roles is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated active listening and comprehension skills to effectively address customer needs
  • Strong ability to prioritize, manage time, and multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility to changes in processes, tools, or client requirements
  • Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and adherence to process excellence
