Product Operations Analyst

C3 AI is looking for a Product Operations Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment, to you will be responsible for identifying and driving key initiatives to enable the product and release management. Your focus will be to help streamline product operations. This position will work side-by-side with product managers, engineering, and customer representatives.

The Product Operations Analyst will analyze current processes, develop KPIs, build metrics to help overall product execution and efficiency. Candidates for the Product Operations Analyst role are expected to have expertise in process and technical analysis, strong written and verbal communications skills. Proven track record of successfully working cross functionally is also required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, develop, and implement a metrics program to measure overall product development and deployment process.
• Define and track success metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and solutions.
• Develop, manage, and continuously improve processes for scale that help the products and engineering teams meet their goals more efficiently and effectively.
• Identify and implement efficiency solutions to help cross functional teams build and release product and solutions.
• Work with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to analyze current processes and define new solutions.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience.
• MBA or Masters in a technical field is a plus.
• You have 2+ years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or operational analysis where you worked closely with product, engineering, and/or operations teams.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with and coordinate multiple teams; reacts professionally under pressure.
• Ability to understand business and technical strategies and concepts.
• Experience in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML is a plus.
• You have a can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
